These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.livingmyhumandesign.com, as well as any products, services, appointments, digital resources, forms, or other offerings provided by Living My Human Design LLC.
By accessing this website, purchasing a product or service, booking an appointment, or otherwise using Living My Human Design LLC services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Living My Human Design LLC
Living My Human Design LLC provides educational content, Human Design resources, reports, consultations, technical support, virtual assistant services, website and system setup, and other related services.
Human Design content and services are intended for educational, informational, and self-development purposes only.
Nothing provided through Living My Human Design LLC is intended to replace medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice.
2. Your Use of This Website
You agree to use this website and its services only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website, accounts, systems, or data
Introduce malicious software, spam, or harmful code
Interfere with the operation or security of the website
Use the website or its content in a way that violates another person's rights
Copy, scrape, reproduce, or distribute protected content without permission

3. Human Design Information and Services
Human Design is a system for self-exploration and personal reflection.
Any interpretations, reports, consultations, or educational materials provided by Living My Human Design LLC are offered as tools for awareness and experimentation. They are not predictions, diagnoses, guarantees, or instructions about what decisions you must make.
You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions, actions, and outcomes.
When birth information is required for a Human Design chart or report, you are responsible for providing information that is as accurate as possible. Chart results may be affected by inaccurate birth date, birth time, or birth location information.
4. Appointments and Discovery Calls
When you book an appointment or discovery call, you agree to provide accurate contact and scheduling information.
Appointment availability, duration, rescheduling, cancellation, and other booking details may vary depending on the service and will be communicated when you book.
Submitting a discovery form or booking a discovery call does not create a client relationship or guarantee that Living My Human Design LLC will accept a project.
A project begins only when any applicable proposal, agreement, payment, or other required onboarding steps have been completed.
5. Client Services
The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, timeline, payment schedule, revision limits, and responsibilities for custom client work may be outlined in a separate proposal, service agreement, invoice, or project document.
If a separate agreement applies to a service, that agreement will control if there is a conflict between it and these general Terms & Conditions.
You agree to provide the information, content, access, approvals, and feedback reasonably necessary to complete your project.
Project timelines may be affected when required information, approvals, content, or access are delayed.
6. Purchases, Digital Products, and Payments
Prices are displayed or communicated before purchase whenever applicable.
Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers. Living My Human Design LLC does not directly store complete payment card information.
Unless otherwise stated on the sales page, checkout page, proposal, or service agreement, purchases of digital products and customized work are generally non-refundable because of the nature of digital delivery and custom services.
If you experience a problem with a purchase or service, contact nicole@livingmyhumandesign.com so I can review the situation.
Any service-specific refund, cancellation, or payment terms communicated at the time of purchase will take precedence over this general section.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content and materials created by Living My Human Design LLC are owned by Living My Human Design LLC or used with permission.
This may include:
Website copy
Human Design reports
Educational materials
Worksheets
Downloads
Graphics
Designs
Templates
Videos
Audio
Branding elements
Written resources
Purchasing or accessing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Unless your purchase specifically includes commercial or resale rights, materials are for your personal or agreed business use only and may not be copied, resold, redistributed, published, or represented as your own without written permission.
8. Client-Provided Materials
When you provide text, logos, images, brand assets, course materials, documents, account access, or other content for a project, you represent that you have the right to use and provide those materials.
You retain ownership of materials you provide.
You give Living My Human Design LLC permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to complete the services you requested.
9. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Living My Human Design LLC may use or work with third-party platforms for website hosting, Human Design chart generation, customer relationship management, scheduling, email, text messaging, payment processing, automation, file management, website integrations, and other business functions.
These services are operated independently and may change their features, pricing, policies, availability, or functionality at any time.
Living My Human Design LLC is not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, account restrictions, data loss, service interruptions, or other issues caused by third-party providers.
When my work involves configuring or integrating a third-party platform, I cannot guarantee that the platform will continue to function in exactly the same way after the project is completed.
10. Email Communications
If you choose to subscribe to marketing emails, you may receive educational content, business updates, information about products or services, and other relevant communications from Living My Human Design LLC.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.
You may still receive transactional or service-related emails when necessary to fulfill a purchase, manage an appointment, complete a project, or respond to your request.
11. Text Message Communications
Living My Human Design LLC may offer optional SMS text messaging.
If you specifically consent to receive non-marketing text messages from Living My Human Design LLC, you may receive messages related to appointments, confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, services, support, or other communications described when you provide consent.
If you separately consent to receive marketing text messages, you may receive promotional messages, offers, updates, or information about products and services.
Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not required to purchase a product, submit a form, book an appointment, or work with Living My Human Design LLC.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging your request.
